Heavy Duty Lithium Forklift Truck (1.8-48.0t) class=

The heavy-duty high-voltage lithium battery inherits the advantages of the heavy-duty series and adopts the CATL standard box. This tonnage industry is the one that uses a dual-water cooling system for the motor and battery. It has super heat dissipation performance and can meet 24h non-stop operation. It is very suitable for various high-temperature environments such as ship cabins and other airtight and high-temperature environments (even the operating environment temperature can reach 50°C), heavy attachments such as paper roll clamps, and operations in front of smelting furnaces.

HEAVY-DUTY HIGH-VOLTAGE LITHIUM BATTERY FORKLIFT 1 Hour 100% CHARGE FOR 3 SPEED MODEL

Adapted to varied working conditions

The forklifts hold an IPX4 water resistance rating to ensure reliability in indoor and outdoor operational environments;

Battery electrical heater technology is adopted to handle materials even in low temperatures;

Specially designed heat dissipation structure adapts to long time heavy working conditions;

Affordable and loved by everyone

It may cost a little bit more when you buy an electric forklift than an IC forklift, but you will find the electric forklift enjoys a very low total cost of ownership thanks to the maintenance-free batteries and energy efficiency.

Quick charging + opportunity charging.

Long-working: At 4000 charging cycles the lithium battery will still maintain 80% of its capacity!

Maintenance-free: Battery does not require manual maintenance.

Green and clean: Pollution-free, zero emissions

Lithium Efficiency

A lead acid battery requires 8 hours of charge for 5 hours of use. Lithium technology slashes charging time to less than 1 hours for 10 hours of use. Lead acid batteries require constant maintenance of their water and acid levels. Lead acid battery lifespan is approximately 1,500 charging cycles.

Benefits of Lithium Battery for Forklifts, Cost-Effective LPG on average costs $4.60 per hour to run a forklift. Lithium batteries cost 60 cents per hour.
